Interruption - discovering the divine presence in everyday life
Advent retreats
The Advent season invites us to take a break from our everyday habits. We organise this interruption with meditation and the contemplation of a pair of texts from one of the mystical traditions of the world religions and from the Bible. They can open up a way to arrive in the presence of the divine in one's own life and to feel the effects in everyday life.
Elements: Meditation and mindfulness exercises - immersion in texts - individual times of silence - personal support and exchange in the group
