Our office will be happy to receive general enquiries by email sekretariat@khgkoeln.de<\/a>\u00a0and will get back to you promptly. A contract of use is concluded upon rental and a deposit is payable in advance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Specific arrangements for an event with regard to technology, drinks requirements etc. should be clarified with our student staff under \u00a0service@khgkoeln.de<\/a>. With regard to beer and mixed beer drinks, we cooperate with the fr\u00fch brewery and with Fritz for lemonades and cola.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
What is the fee for the rooms? <\/h2>\n\n\n\n
We distinguish between two price categories:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
- \n
- Cooperation partners and partners with a direct student connection (e.g. Erasmus, KAAD, university sports, student councils, AStA, student union, etc.) <\/li>\n\n\n\n
- External enquiries with an indirect student connection <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
As well as the length of the event: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

- under 3 hours<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- over 3 hours \/ whole day <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
With this information and specific room requests, you can enquire about prices at the secretary's office. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Depending on the event, there is an additional cleaning fee of 120 euros, which we will charge afterwards.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Depending on the room hired, we also charge a deposit of between 150 and 400 euros, which must be paid in cash before the event and will be refunded afterwards if the room is handed over in perfect condition. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
What else needs to be considered? <\/h2>\n\n\n\n
As hosts, we offer the option of ordering drinks through us, which we charge at cost price.
We cooperate with the fr\u00fch brewery for beer and mixed beer drinks and with Fritz for lemonades and cola.
