Relax into the perceived reality and stay with it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">The very simple and original way of meditation of the Ashram of Jesus (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.ashram-jesu.de\" target=\"_self\">www.ashram-jesu.de<\/a>) combines the poles of collection and openness; it leads into the depth of the person and brings one into contact with the existential ground.
