Paul's Pilgrimage

"To the unknown god...What therefore you worship as unknown, this I proclaim to you."
(Acts 17:23)

Follow the Apostle Paul on his journey through Greece.

We go to places that were anything but perfect – cities full of chaos, conflict, and real people. That is exactly where Paul founded a community. Not saints. But people like us.

This journey is not a vacation. And it is not a pious leisure trip either.

It is an invitation:
👉 to take an honest look
👉 to be on a journey – both outwardly and inwardly
👉 to rediscover your own path

Outbreak / Burst of courage

Just before exam season begins, it’s time to let go of stress.
Release excess energy, unwind, and reconnect with what’s inside you – a space for anger, courage, and new energy.

We want to get creative and push back against the pressure: with color and sand, we let go of what has built up and create space for lightness.

Not by hitting a wall head-on, but with sand in your hands – new, creative forms of expression can emerge that relieve and release.

Together, we create a space where energy doesn’t get stuck but can flow – and where tension transforms into something creative.

When? Wednesday 15 July 2026 - Meeting 6pm at the KHG

Open MIC Night

With the Open Mic Evening, we want to offer a recurring platform where students from Cologne's universities and young local artists can present their creative exploration of topics relating to individual, social and ecological well-being.

The stage for this is provided by our modern, sculptural St John XXIII Church or in our Aula Lounge, where participants can express their creativity and explore themes of wellbeing. A great opportunity to socialise with like-minded people, share your artistic talents and inspire each other.

When? Thursday, 11 June 2026 Start 6.30 pm
Where? In the KHG Church or Aula Lounge, Berrenrather Str. 127, Köln Sülz

We cordially invite you to actively participate in the Open Mic: as a musician, poet, storyteller, dancer... apply now for a performance at this first event.

Look forward to a varied evening full of creativity and good vibes!
Ob du selbst performst oder einfach nur dabei sein willst – vernetze dich, komm ins Gespräch und lern neue Leute kennen bei unserem anschließenden Get-Together mit Essen und Drinks.

Sport & Spirit – Primal Moves

Find your balance through movement!

The fitness class is designed for students who wish to strengthen their mental health through physical activity. Targeted exercises improve body awareness and mobility, reduce stress, and help prevent psychosomatic symptoms such as tension or headaches.

The course combines powerful movements, stretches, breathing techniques, relaxation exercises, and so-called “Primal Moves” – playful exercises inspired by movements from the animal kingdom. At times, we even move on our hands and may eventually work toward standing steadily in a handstand. The movement sequences promote joy of movement, flexibility, and a sense of ease in everyday life. Accompanying reflections also help foster a deeper understanding of the connection between body and mind.

Goals:

  • Joy of movement instead of performance pressure
  • Improvement of body awareness
  • Stress reduction and relaxation
  • Promotion of mental balance
  • Relief of psychosomatic symptoms
  • Improvement of mobility
